IT Support

  • If you are experiencing an issue with a student 1:1 device, please have your students classroom teacher submit a help desk ticket and a member of the IT Staff will work to resolve the issue in a timely manner. 

  • If you are experiencing an issue with a student 1:1 device, please have your students classroom teacher submit a help desk ticket and a member of the IT Staff will work to resolve the issue in a timely manner. 

  • If you are experiencing an issue with a student 1:1 device, please have your student go to the IT Support Room (207a) during the school day (7:30am to 2:30pm) and a member of the IT Staff will work to resolve the issue in a timely manner. 

    Please Note: Although the IT Support Room is open all day for students to go to, there are times when the technician is not available. Students may have to go back to the room at a later point in the day. 

  • All accessories distributed to the students with their device are the responsibility of the student. Lost accessories must be replaced at cost by the student. This can be done through the district using MySchoolBucks below or by purchasing the same accessories below independently of the district. 

    Please Note: If you purchase an item using MySchoolBucks:

    • Students in 7-12 will need to go to the IT Support Room (207a) to pick up the accessory.
    • Students in K-6 will have the accessory brought to their classroom.
