Dear Special Education Families,
We are excited to announce a significant improvement in the way we share and manage special education documents. Starting this 2025/2026 annual reaview season, our district will transition to the Frontline Collaboration Portal for all special education documentation. This portal provides a secure, efficient, and environmentally friendly way to access, review, and sign important documents.
What is the Frontline Collaboration Portal? The Frontline Collaboration Portal is an interactive platform that allows families to access special education documents, sign them electronically, and submit them virtually. This means no more waiting for documents to arrive in the mail or needing to schedule in-person visits to sign forms. Instead, you can manage your child’s educational records conveniently from your own home or any location with internet access.
Key Features of the Collaboration Portal:
Interactive Guide: The portal includes an interactive guide to help you navigate and use its features effectively. Links highlighted in green underlined text can be selected to jump directly to specific sections.
Virtual Signatures: You can electronically sign documents, ensuring faster communication and processing.
Secure Access: Your information is protected through secure login credentials and encryption.
Real-Time Updates: Receive notifications when new documents are available for review or signature.
How to Get Started: You can also access the Collaboration Portal User Guide below.
You can view quick overview video to learn more about the Frontline Collaboration Portal at the following site: Parent Guide Video
Look for an email from the district with your login information and instructions for accessing the portal. This email will be sent to the address we have on file.
Follow the prompts to create your account and explore the portal.
Review the user guide included in the portal for tips on navigating and completing actions.
Need Help? If you have any questions or encounter any issues while using the Frontline Collaboration Portal, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our team is here to support you during this transition and ensure you have the tools and resources needed to make this process seamless.
We are confident that this new system will enhance communication and collaboration between families and our special education team. Thank you for your continued partnership in supporting your child’s education.
Sincerely,
Dr. Angela Austin
