When the Superintendent of Schools decides schools must be closed or delayed due to weather conditions, announcements will be made to that effect through ParentSquare, our website, and over the following radio and TV stations:

Please Note: Before school activities are cancelled unless otherwise noted. 

Babylon Jr.-Sr. High School:

• 2 Hour Delay: School begins at 9:40am
• 1 Hour Delay: School begins at 8:40am
• (Students will follow a truncated period-by-period schedule on these days)

Babylon Memorial Grade School:

• 2 hour delay: school begins at 10:20am
• 1 hour delay: school begins at 9:20am
• Lunch/recess is as normally scheduled.
• Dismissal is as usual.

Babylon Elementary School:

• 2 hour delay: school begins at 10:45am
• 1 hour delay: school begins at 9:45am
• Lunch/recess is as normally scheduled.
• Dismissal is as usual.
